Welcome! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Fax Echo iOS application (“App”), developed by Tatsuya Moriguchi, doing business as ModalFlo Mobile Solutions (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Fax Echo is a mobile application that allows you to send, receive, and manage faxes using supported third-party fax service providers (such as eFax Corporate through Consensus Cloud Solutions or their resellers). Fax Echo does not itself provide fax carrier services.
Fax Echo offers auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features, which may include:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription. Managing your subscription: You can cancel, change, or manage subscriptions via your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription. An active eFax Corporate account is required to use Fax Echo.
You agree to use Fax Echo only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to privacy, confidentiality, and electronic communications.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of fax communications complies with any professional, contractual, or regulatory obligations that apply to you or your organization.
Fax Echo processes user data solely to provide app functionality, customer support, and service improvements. We do not sell user data or use it for advertising.

Fax Echo may be used to transmit or store confidential or sensitive documents. While the App is designed with security in mind, no system can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for determining whether Fax Echo is appropriate for your specific use case.
Fax Echo does not provide legal, medical, or compliance advice and does not guarantee compliance with regulations such as HIPAA unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. Features and availability may change as Fax Echo evolves.
Fax Echo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
